LLMBits is where I document my AI journey, one experiment at a time.
Most of what you'll read here is built in my home lab: local models running on Ollama, web scraping and data pipelines with Crawl4AI, AI agents wired into real infrastructure, and whatever new tool caught my attention this week. When a new model drops, I run it on my own hardware and write up what actually worked, and what didn't.
You'll also find short takes on the AI news that matters to people who build things.
